What is EB-5 Visa Program?

In 1990, EB-5 program was created by the Congress to support the U.S. economy through job creation and Capital investment by foreign investors.

The United States Congress in 1992, created the Immigrant Investor Program, also known as the Regional Centre Program, which is governed by USCIS based on proposals for stimulating economic growth.

EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program which is managed by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). A foreign national, qualifies as an “Accredited Investor”, then the investor can apply for a Green Card (Lawful Permanent Residence) through EB-5 Program.


EB-5 Visa Requirements

  • The applicant must have invested $1 million or $500,000 if the project is in a targeted employment area (“TEA”) into a qualified Regional Center project. All of the project offerings involve projects located in a TEA and therefore qualify for the $500k investment level.
  • The business must create minimum 10 full time employment for US citizens.
  • The legal acquisition of your investment funds must be documented.
